Sunday... The day of rest right?... Wrong! I've been doing everything, and I mean everything to get out of doing the finishing touches of my coursework. I've even cleaned the washing machine! However on one of my 'tea breaks' today I was surfing Facebook and this recipe  popped up on my newsfeed, I had all the ingredients except sour cream but I substituted it with natural yoghurt which worked fine! I decided it was going to be my next bake! So instead of doing coursework I made this:

   

Miles arrived home from helping our good friend E sort out his (and soon to be our) new home so I cut him a slice and a baby slice for me and OMG is amazing! Perfect with a cuppa! So what are you waiting for!

Now it's time for coursework for me!
