So about once a month, in Chichester they have a Farmers Market in the main City Center and there is always something amazing to buy at these events!

It just so happened that yesterday was the Farmers Market for this month and I decided to have a quick scan of what delights were on offer.

On my way back to the office, after seeing all my usual favourite stalls and resisting to buy anything, my eyes stumbled upon a stall selling bubble and squeak called Bubble &. They had bubble and squeak for sale (which I haven't had in years!) I love the stuff and when I saw a whopping great big GLUTEN FREE written on their chalk board, I was sold. I simply had to buy one of these for Miles and I to try!

Now I had to decide which one! They have such a nice selection of gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free bubble and squeek cakes which one was it to be!?

I knew Miles would favour the chorizo and caramelised onion one so I went with that. It was delicious!

We decided to halve the cake and make bubble and squeak sandwiches for lunch omg they were so flavoursome!

 
I can't wait 'till the next market now! I will be stocking up on these!
